This position is fully remote.
Role Overview:As a Senior Software Developer, you will work with our remote agile development team and play a crucial role in our US-based software development efforts. You will work on modernizing our technology platforms and ensuring the optimal performance of our software systems. The ideal candidate is an accomplished Microsoft .NET developer with a proven record of delivering .NET Framework and Core applications.
Responsibilities
Execute all aspects of the SDLC to deliver C# .NET Framework and Core application, API, and service software
Utilize Azure DevOps to facilitate the ALM of the SDLC to deliver business objectives
Modernize existing application, API, and service software
Work with product owners and stakeholders to enhance software and fix bugs
Be a member of an Agile software development team, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to deliver high-quality software
Conduct unit testing and automated function testing to ensure software quality
Adhere to Framework Design Guidelines, Software Engineering linting standards and Microsoft best practices
Requirements
A C# expert with a minimum of 15 years of experience
A .NET Framework and Core expert with a minimum of 15 years of experience
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Angular UI technologies
Proficiency in unit testing and automated function testing
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and SQL Server
Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines and YAML coding
Experience with Cloud Native or container .NET application modernization
