The Senior Oracle Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Financials applications and solutions. This role requires extensive experience with Oracle Financials modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams to support financial operations and reporting. This position is fully remote and requires an active Secret clearance.

Daily Tasks

    • Design, develop, and customize Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
    • Develop and enhance functionalities using Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
    • Integrate Oracle Financials with other enterprise systems and third-party applications as needed.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for financial systems enhancements and customizations.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
    • Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle Financials applications, including query tuning and application optimization.
    • Implement best practices for data management and application efficiency to ensure high availability and reliability.
    • Provide technical support for Oracle Financials-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving application bugs and performance problems.
    • Work with other IT teams to resolve integration issues and ensure seamless operation of financial systems.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and processes related to Oracle Financials.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate system performance, project status, and recommendations.
    • Lead or participate in Oracle Financials development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
