Staff Accountant- Account Reconciliation (Hybrid)

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting. You will be responsible for account reconciliation, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with various departments to support our financial processes. This position is 3 days onsite 2 days remote per week and has OT pay eligibility.

• Responsibilities:
• Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information for reconciliation purposes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances in financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain documentation of accounting procedures and policies.
• Participate in audits, providing support and documentation as required.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and internal controls.
