Staff Backend Engineer

We assist Go-To-Market (GTM) teams in generating personalized experiences that drive higher lead conversions. From Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, effective ads and outreach assets, we then strategically distribute these across your preferred channels to maximize conversion rates. 

Who you are

•     5+ of experience working as a backend or full stack engineer. To begin, we need people who can hit the ground running
• Can navigate the ambiguity and changing priorities of working on an early product
• You comfortably lead projects end-to-end.
• Love to collaborate and discuss, contributing to white-boarding sessions and driving conversation
• You absolutely love a good developer experience

What the job involves

• Ship features that users care about, wherever they are on the stack. Ship rapidly and iterate.
• Develop opinions, be able to communicate them, and turn them into features. Be able to explain why a feature matters to customers as well as its importance in the competitive landscape.
• Create prototypes and test them with users. Run experiments and understand their results. Be able to design for yourself and use design systems.
• Talk with customers, analyze data, and be aware of the competitive landscape to understand what to build.
• Use tools that automate non-product work like infrastructure, integration, deployment, and testing.
