The Role: As a Staff Designer on our Practitioner Experience team, you will leverage your expertise in visual and interface design to elevate our platforms. This is an individual contributor role where your skills will directly influence the design and functionality of critical health technology tools, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction across diverse product divisions.

What you'll do:

    • Drive Design Innovation: Implement high-quality design solutions from the initial concept to the final output, focusing on creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
    • Mentorship and Leadership: Though not managing directly, your role as a Craft Leader involves mentoring team members, enhancing their skills in interface design, and fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Enhance Team Efficiency: Work closely with the design team to refine processes and deliverables, ensuring high standards of design excellence are met consistently.
    • Collaboration Across Divisions: Act as a key connector across various product divisions, facilitating communication and alignment on design initiatives.
    • Strategic Influence: Use your strategic insight to influence project outcomes and contribute to the broader company goals.

Qualifications

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of product design experience, with a strong focus on user-centered design.
    • Design Proficiency: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
