Are you passionate about supply chain management and eager to play a key role in driving performance and efficiency? Join us as a Supply Chain Intern, where you’ll dive into the daily operations of our supply chain development team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working on essential tasks that contribute directly to meeting both departmental and corporate objectives. From reporting and analytics to supplier performance management, you’ll become an instrumental part of our team, learning the ins and outs of supply chain activities and making a real impact.

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity). 

What You Will Do:

• Assist and support the Supplier Development and Performance department with daily tasks.

• Access and navigate ERP systems and supplier portals for data management and analysis.

• Participate in weekly supplier development meetings to drive improvements.

• Generate process and procedure documents for critical supply chain functions.

• Support the team with reporting and tracking of departmental objectives.

What You Will Learn:

• Gain hands-on experience with ERP systems and supplier portals, critical for modern supply chain management.

• Develop skills in supplier performance management and development.

• Learn to create and implement process and procedure documents for supply chain operations.

• Enhance your data analysis and reporting abilities, key for supply chain success.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Previous experience or coursework in supply chain, operations, or business analytics.

• Familiarity with ERP systems. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
