Provide recommendations on product supportability and establish operational maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems to meet supportability requirements.
Identify and analyze logistics support candidates from product definition and develop logistics support analysis records and reports.
Determine spares provisioning requirements for spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking for customers.
Prepare technical documentation for operating, testing, and maintaining systems/components.
Review fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability.

Supports developing, analyzing collecting, and storing various system support technical data elements and specifications for evaluation and assists with making recommendations.
Supports providing recommendations on product supportability and establishing product supportability operational maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems to achieve supportability requirements for a single equipment subsystem.
Assists with identifying and analyzing logistics support candidates from product definition and develops logistics support analysis records and report.
Supports determining spares provisioning requirements for spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking for a single customer and contract type.
Participates in preparing technical documentation for operating, testing, and maintaining systems/ components.
Supports reviewing and/or fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability.

3+ years of experience handling technical operations.
Ability to read any object-oriented programming language.
Have knowledge on DevOps.
Articulate problem-solver. Have great communication skills.
Must be a team player.
Should be able to interpret code, query databases and read log files
Should be comfortable working the data to figure out the chain of events that caused an issue.
Familiarity with industry standard tools and techniques for troubleshooting issues.
Track record of tooling such as writing scripts and introducing automation to reduce daily tasks.
Track record of feature and product improvements.
