OVERVIEW
We are looking for Tandroy-Mahafaly Malagasy speakers to participate in a unique project aimed at preserving various language varieties by collecting audio data and transcribing it to train AI models for voice recognition. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the AI field, specifically in enhancing voice recognition capabilities.
MAIN DUTIES
- Follow project guidelines to create accurate audio recordings
- Transcribe the audio recordings following our guidelines
- Use provided questions to respond and create a variety of audio content
- Ensure recordings are clear by following technical and environmental standards
PROJECT DETAILS
We will provide a list of prompts/questions (e.g., "What is your favorite recipe?") for you to use when making audio recordings.
Your task is to answer questions in Tandroy-Mahafaly Malagasy while recording your responses. Depending on your skills, you may also transcribe these recordings or review the quality of other recordings and transcriptions. You can use your own computer or mobile device for this work.
Schedule: Minimum of 2-4 Hours/Day
The workload is based on project needs. Weekly hours may vary
