Tax Supervisor (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Tax Supervisor with a strong background in public accounting to join our team. The Tax Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and reporting process, managing a team of tax professionals, and providing tax planning and advisory services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality tax services. This position is 3 days remote per week after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the tax compliance process for clients, including preparing and reviewing tax returns, extensions, and estimated tax payments
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, including identifying tax-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Supervise a team of tax professionals, including providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high-quality work
• Review financial statements and other financial documents to identify tax issues and opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional client service
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations and communicate changes and updates to clients and team members
• Assist with special tax projects as needed
