Responsibilities

Handle Product and Technical details of Payment system, connecting with users and customer service personnel directly
Provide solutions via online consultation for customer complaints related to Product/Technical knowledge from the Customer Service team
Serve as a bridge between Customer Service and Product/Technical personnel to provide solutions
Categorize and summarize online problems, accumulate knowledge base, and deal with Users directly
Coordinate and address online incidents, review them, and propose follow-up improvement plans

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer, Software Development or related fields
Knowledge of coding (Java, Python, Rest, or C++) and SQL writing ability
Strong language skills and good communication and coordination skills
Strong Customer Service awareness
Blockchain background is preferred for Smart Contracts
