WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Work with customers to understand their goals and create plans to deliver with regard to schedule, cost, and resources.
Work with the team’s resources to track progress, develop transparent reporting processes, and manage and mitigate risks or issues as they arise.

Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards while representing the firm to the client.
Developing client relationships, growing new client opportunities, and assisting or in some cases leading the sales process for new business

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • 8-10 years of experience
    • Experience leading client accounts, building successful client relationships, growing new client opportunities, and delivering on promises
    • Managing a revenue and margin for client accounts
    • Passion for making our customers, projects, and teams successful
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams
    • Ability to influence clients and teams to the preferred outcome
    • Self-starter skilled in developing structure in ambiguous environments
    • Regularly leads presentations to different sizes and types of stakeholder audiences
    • Willingness to perform multiple roles in a fast-moving, customer-oriented environment
    • Expertise in one or more Cloud Platforms and Cloud Architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages (C#, Java, Python, Go, C++)
    • Experience in one or more Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, Backbone, Elm, Vue)
    • Experience with developing complex software systems with production quality deployment, monitoring and reliability
    • Experience with large-scale distributed storage and database systems (SQL or NoSQL, e.g. MySQL, Cassandra)
    • Ability to decompose complex business problems and lead a team in solving them
    • Create lasting relationships and stay connected with client peers, stakeholders, project leadership, and executive level relationships across past and current clients
    • Participates in and assists with leading the sales process for new business and potentially new clients
    • Actively take on initiatives to help build company processes, recruit new talent, and develop new strategic business service offerings
