PingWind/Exeter is hiring for an experienced and talented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Senior Technical Recruiter delivers innovative recruiting support to align with business objectives and ensures expert delivery of recruitment services to internal clients and candidates.
 
Responsibilities
       Provide full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates engaged and updated through the process.
       Recruit for tech talent in the areas of Cyber Security, Networking, Systems Administration, Help Desk, Business Analyst, Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Web Developers, Testers, Program Managers, Sales Force Developers, etc.
       Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent for the organization.
       Source for DoD and Federal Civilian talent for our current contracts.
       Recruit for cleared professionals from secret to Full Scope Poly level clearances.
       Utilize our job boards (Clearancejobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) to look for and screen tech talent.
       Partner with hiring managers to fill vacancies and build talent pipelines for future needs.
       Submit candidates through the applicant tracking system (Lever) to hiring managers.
       Maintain the ATS with live status and updates.
       Attend weekly recruiting meetings and provide updates.
       Work with the Business Development team to recruit for proposal positions.
       Readily adjust priorities and execute the most pressing responsibilities in a seamless manner.
       Attend and participate in job fairs.
       Handle work loads ranging from 10-20 requisitions and get them filled in a timely manner.
       Seek creative solutions for building talent communities while optimizing use of available resources.
       Consistently hit performance targets and ensure that production metrics are met.
       Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communication with hiring managers, talent acquisition team members, and candidates.
       Follow appropriate hiring activities to ensure company and legal compliance with employment practices, processes, policies, and applicable laws.
 
Required Qualifications
 
       Previous experience recruiting for DoD and GovCon talent.
       Review job descriptions and submit qualified candidates to the hiring managers.
       Recruit cleared technical talent (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI, FS).
       Familiarity with DoD 8570 certification requirements and environments.
       Work in to fill positions at a fast pace.
       Ability to be organized.
       Self-Starter and drive to work with limited supervision.
       Great communication skills
