Description
PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. Specializing in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to contacts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with a focus of clarity, accuracy, and compliance with government regulations.
Responsibilities
路 Experience in explaining highly technical data and information in simplistic grade school language for end users of complex IT systems and projects.
路 Must be able to use a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and scheduling tools.
路 Must have experience in being able to gather and convert data into a written narrative.
路 Develop comprehensive and clear documentation for government contracts, including proposals, technical specifications, and project plans.
路 Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
路 Stay up to date with government regulations and contract requirements to ensure all documentation adheres to relevant standards.
路 Verify that all content complies with security and privacy policies associated with government contracts.
路 Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, coherence, and adherence to contractual requirements.
Requirements
路 Ensure consistency in language and style across all government contract documentation.
路 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, project management, and technical teams, to gather information and insights for documentation.
路 Implement version control systems for documentation to track changes and maintain accurate records.
路 Proven experience in technical writing, with a focus on government contracts.
路 Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements.
路 Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
路 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in English, Communications or a relate field.
