  • Inspect components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Test and troubleshoot assemblies to identify and resolve defects or malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, testing results, and quality inspections.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • IPC certification (IPC J-STD-001 certification preferred).
  • Strong soldering skills.
  • Proven experience in electromechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and assembly techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic computer skills and math aptitude.
