Description
The successful candidate will Provide training services for all COTS, GOTS, and custom-developed software created, procured or maintained through a Technical Order to both government and non-government personnel to the level of knowledge to effectively use and manage the apps/systems located in either CONUS or OCONUS as requested.
Primary Responsibilities
路 Identifies training gaps and creates training materials to fill those gaps
路 Creates visual aids (audio, video, simulations, e-learning modules, role plays, games, tests, others), serving as the expert in identifying additional areas and gaps in skill building and level of knowledge
路 Facilitates training classes and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
路 Stays abreast of training and development research regarding learning theory, motivation theory, new training media and materials, and training methods and techniques
路 Have excellent people communication and teaching skills
路 Able to write to the level required to create training plans and modules
Required Qualifications
路 Secret
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in cybersecurity computer science, information system engineering, or related technical discipline in cybersecurity or information technology, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training and work experience
路 5+ Years of combined experience
Highly Desired Qualifications/Experience
路 Past CENTCOM/SOCOM support experience
