- 1 year contract position

- 2 to 3 days on-site

Perform hands-on integration configuration, testing, and deployment activities, as needed.
Consultant will be involved in ongoing support activities that include dealing with defects, new enhancements, and optimization projects. They will work with client teams to resolve and address these items.
Support report development and data conversion as related to the integration scope of work.
Work effectively under time-critical deadlines and handle competing priorities.

8+ years of Workday HCM experience.
2+ years of experience leading Workday HCM projects.
At least 1 end to end Workday HCM project.
Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM certified is a plus.
Needs to have a Bachelor's Degree.
Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business or end user teams and translate them into technical requirements.
Experience working with one or more functional HCM areas (to support integration development).
High-level understanding of the Workday integration (with other systems / applications) architecture.

$125 - $150 an hour
