ACH Payment Product Manager

Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of ACH payment products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all ACH payment processes and products comply with Nacha rules and regulations.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential product improvements.
• Manage product development projects from inception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user guides, process flows, and compliance reports.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a strong emphasis on ACH payments and Nacha compliance.
• Deep understanding of Nacha rules and the ACH payment system.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the USA and authorized to work in the country.
