Agile Release Train Manager (Secret Clearance Required)

Summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events and ensure alignment within the ART.
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using tools like Kanban.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other ARTs and Agile teams to manage dependencies and risks.
• Support Agile teams by providing guidance, removing impediments, and fostering collaboration.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and team members in agile practices.
• Ensure adherence to SAFe principles and practices across the ART.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to progress and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate the execution of program-level processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Alliance Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Potential for remote flexibility.

Benefits

• $130,000 - $180,000 salary range.
