岗位职责

跟踪行业最新热点，针对加密项目、赛道和整体行业进行研究选题、调研和分析，并撰写深度研究报告或研究简报。

任职资格

本科（或以上）学位，数学、金融或计算机科学优先，具有金融或区块链经验；
2 年以上加密货币/区块链/金融科技行业内容相关工作经验，投递本岗位需附上作品集；
活跃于加密社区，可以通过广泛多样的渠道获取生态系统中的最新信息；
积极主动了解加密行业主要赛道的商业逻辑和发展趋势，对区块链生态系统有扎实的理解，深入了解现有的区块链和去中心化金融项目。

加分条件

有 Web3 项目开发实践经验；
有专门的研报撰写和项目分析经验，能独立输出研报；
在加密投资机构或部门有任职经验；
英语听说读写能力出众，有海外留学和工作经验；
具备 SQL/Python 等基础代码能力和数据分析能力；
具有 Dune/Glassnode/Nansen 等链上数据工具使用经验。
