We are looking for a Client Communication Specialist to drive scalable communication with Hostinger users. You will ensure timely updates through emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and web notifications. Our strategies support users from activation to renewal, keeping them informed about new product features, special offers, and relevant topics. You'll also collaborate with product, revenue, and marketing teams to launch high-quality communication campaigns.

What You Will Do:
Manage and oversee our communication channels: emails, SMS / WhatsApp, and web notifications.
Create, plan, and launch communication campaigns or email customer journeys for our existing paid user base.
Demonstrate experience in email marketing, client retention, and user activation.
Manage and execute A/B tests on campaigns with a focus on relevant KPIs (e.g. renewal rates, billings, user engagement).
Optimize communication flows: run A/B tests and fine-tune our current communication flows as well as experiment by launching new ones - all with the aim of improving user experience and finding retention or monetary gains.
Boost client engagement: work on proactive communication initiatives, aiming to bring user awareness about new feature releases, provide them with highly relevant information about their services, and, ultimately, build trust with them.
What We Expect:
2+ years working in email marketing, client retention, or related fields.
Proven project management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
High sense of ownership - being able to follow through with multiple tasks from an idea to result, and find solutions to arising problems that feature multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to provide copy when necessary.
Strong bullsh*t filter - you understand which content is relevant to the clients and voice your opinion when high standards are not met.
Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple and concurrent tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
