Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Content Management and Data Analytics Technologist with strong experience in content documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our content management systems (CMS), performing data analytics to improve content strategies, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. This role requires expertise in CMS, data analytics, and content documentation processes. This is a 6 month contract to hirer and is remote (must be located in MD,DC,VA,PA,WV,DE).

Responsibilities:

    • Content Management:
    • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of content management systems.
    • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality across all platforms.
    • Develop and maintain content workflows and documentation standards.
    • Collaborate with content creators, editors, and other stakeholders to manage the content lifecycle.
    • Data Analytics:
    • Analyze content performance data to enhance content strategies.
    • Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into content effectiveness and user engagement.
    • Use data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision-making.
    • Content Documentation:
    • Develop, update, and manage comprehensive documentation for content management processes and systems.
    • Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    • Create training materials and conduct training sessions on content management best practices.
    • System Integration and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate CMS with other business systems and tools.
    • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
    • Ensure data integrity and security within content management systems.
    • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage content-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
    • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, making necessary adjustments.
