Requirements

  • Prior experience in the construction industry, preferably in a controller or finance leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, including job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel; construction-specific software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of developing and motivating a high-performing team.

As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of our construction projects and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial analysis. Your expertise in the construction industry will be instrumental in providing strategic financial guidance to support our growth and profitability objectives.
