This is an hybrid setup at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
The COPC Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Service Delivery in the implementation and maintenance of the companyβs COPC framework. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the organization adheres to COPC standards, conducting internal training, and overseeing program audits.
What does a day in the life of a COPC Coordinator look like?
Assist in developing and maintaining COPC policies, procedures, and documentation.
Ensure alignment of internal processes with COPC standards.
Provide support in the implementation of COPC best practices across the organization.
Develop and deliver COPC training programs to employees (SDM and Up).
Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Conduct training needs assessments and track training completion.
Assist in the development of audit plans and checklists.
Conduct internal COPC audits to assess compliance with standards.
Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
Support the collection and analysis of performance metrics related to COPC compliance.
Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare regular reports on COPC performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure COPC integration.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide COPC-related support to departments as needed.
What are the required qualifications of a COPC Coordinator?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
COPC Certified Implementation Leader
At least 1 successful COPC hosted audit experience
Proven experience in process improvement and quality management.
Strong understanding of COPC standards and principles.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
