Summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist the demand generation team with ABM prospecting, including identifying and building lists of target accounts, stakeholders, influencers and decision makers.
  • Manage vendors to assist in the creation of accurate target lists.
  • Coordinate the vetting of lists with stakeholders in marketing, business intelligence, and sales.
  • Manage the collection of reviews and other customer evidence, coordinating with relevant team members to respond when necessary.
  • Assist demand generation manager in campaign planning and execution, including writing email copy, updating web copy, and managing email sends in Pardot & Groove.
  • Help with web operations including managing support tickets and updating content on our website.
  • Help with the creation of reports showing the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate the creation and sending of gifts to our prospects and clients.
  • Mentor new contractors and guide them through list building best practices.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience related to marketing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with direct mail and email campaigns preferred.
  • Familiar with the Pardot, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Sendoso, and Groove.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar prospect database a plus.
  • Experience with using AI tools like ChatGPT, Dolle, Mid Journey, and other relevant tools a nice to have.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Post Secondary Degree.
