We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team. The goal of this role is to supervise the entire marketing strategy for DevRel. You will ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall DevRel strategy of enhancing the relationship with the developer community, increasing their retention and satisfaction as measured through feedback.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Develop iterative marketing and community engagement campaigns dedicated to developers, while working closely with the Marketing, Comms and Business Development teams.
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns dedicated to DevRel, across a variety of verticals, such as PR, content, social, events, PPC.
Manage events aligned with the DevRel strategy
Test and optimize marketing tactics for developer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
Coordinate the creation of necessary creatives and other marketing collaterals with internal or external teams.
Conduct market research, and monitor industry trends and developer behaviors.
Assist with email marketing and social media campaigns.
Implement strategies to grow the company’s developers community on multiple platforms.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with social media, marketing trends and best practices.
Supervise ongoing paid campaigns and suggest new ones, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads.
To succeed in this role, you need:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
Willingness to travel and represent MultiversX at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
Crypto / blockchain / FinTech industry knowledge and/or experience is a big plus.
A creative thinker who is not afraid to execute ideas.
Proven track record and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
Strong research and critical thinking skills.
