Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and support FP&A team for budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Improve internal controls and processes in line with Group policies to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
Lead the sales tax process for new business initiatives and ensure compliance with sales tax regulations.
Support the development and optimization of ERP system and processes to enhance efficiency.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Partner with other leaders to create, evaluate, track and report financial goals/outcomes.

10+ years of finance experience.
Experience with finances in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree or CPA required.
Experience in building budgets and cash forecasts.
High level of curiosity and ability to manage projects in a complex environment.
Strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen.
Ability to build business relationships and adapt to different cultures.
