• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles across international markets, focusing on the Dutch/Flemish region.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand their recruitment needs and job expectations.
• Utilize various online platforms, including social media and job boards, to effectively engage with potential candidates.
• Provide candidates with guidance and support throughout the application process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their key skills and experiences.

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Self-motivated with experience working independently in a fully remote setting.
