We seek a skilled Engineering Manager passionate about developing innovative products and leading high-performing team. In this role, you will directly influence the technical landscape of our hPanel product, a crucial component of Hostinger's suite, connecting various services such as Hosting, Domains, Emails, and VPS. What You Will Do:

Architect & Develop: Take responsibility for the architecture, design, development, deployment, and ongoing operation of the solutions created by you and your team.
Project Planning: Participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives and gather relevant inputs from other product teams and stakeholders.
Stability & Reliability: Ensure the stability and reliability of the product.
Technical Leadership: Lead the team in identifying and resolving technical challenges and roadblocks.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and ensure efficient code engineering practices.
Team Environment: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

What We Expect:

Experience: At least 2 years of engineering management experience and 5 years as a developer.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system architecture, web technologies (Vue3, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTTP, APIs, CloudFlare), and code design.
