About the role
As part of our expansion effort, we are looking for an engineering manager to lead a team for our SuperApp. You will be based out of Algeria and you will lead a tech team supporting Yassir's product development and delivery. You will own and build large-scale systems and microservices. Together with your team, you will design, develop, and deliver powerful applications in a highly dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you should have outstanding technical skills and you are not afraid to be hands-on, you are confident in leading and serving tech teams, good at juggling multiple products, and thrive in high-growth environments.
