Financial Planner and Analyst

Summary

Responsibilities

• Support financial and KPI reporting and performance monitoring for the entire organization.
• Leverage and help build out key data sources to develop dashboards, systems, and automated processes.
• Inform operational and strategic decision making by providing stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Partner with sales & operations teams to collaborate on KPIs, goals, and analysis.
• Support preparation of financial models for marketing and real estate investments.
• Identify and research variances to budgeted and historical metrics.
• Support the compilation of unit and concept-level annual plans and analyze actual results.
• Continuously develop tools/systems and automate processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2-3 years of experience working for a manufacturing business.
• Experience with US GAAP or IFRS is required.
• Solid technical skills and proficiency in Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics including budgets.
• High attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to influence others through effective communication.
• Familiarity with multi-unit or location-driven business models.
• Self-starter with the ability to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Strong personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Benefits

• $60,000 - $75,000 base pay.
• Estimated $100,000 - $120,000 on weekly bonuses based on performance.
