Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth and market presence in the country.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and collaborate with legal teams and regulatory bodies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government officials and industry associations to influence policy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Serve as the primary contact for local stakeholders and represent the company at events.
• Oversee P&L and daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and drive improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a senior manager role with a focus on regulatory environments and business development.
• Spanish native and proficiency in English are mandatory.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for external representation.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude.
• Passion for crypto and digital assets.
