Summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the business plan with periodic reviews.
• Develop strategic playbooks including growth initiatives for each stakeholder.
• Lead the commercial plan and play an active role in defining and executing the strategy.
• Manage a team of product/category analysts to ensure real-time monitoring of daily performance.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to facilitate decision-making, optimize the customer/partner journey, and ensure execution.
• Lead complex business operations and project management initiatives by coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Continuously work on improving and simplifying tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business sciences, management, economics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.
• Passion for digital technology.
