Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Walk customers through problem-solving process
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in IT helpdesk/support roles
  • Experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting for end users
  • Proficiency with Office 365 administration and support
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
