We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a hands-on HVAC technician combined with strong project management skills. This role requires a leader who is adept at coordinating complex projects, managing teams, and ensuring that HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards.

    • Team Coordination: Lead and manage project teams, including HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration among all team members.
    • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address client inquiries, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
    • Technical Oversight: Utilize hands-on HVAC experience to provide technical guidance and support to the team. Ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance work complies with industry standards and codes.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure that HVAC systems are installed and functioning correctly. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
    • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost control and efficiency. Review and approve purchase orders, change orders, and invoices.
