Prior hands-on experience as an HVAC technician is essential.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a hands-on HVAC technician combined with strong project management skills. This role requires a leader who is adept at coordinating complex projects, managing teams, and ensuring that HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee commercial HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Team Coordination: Lead and manage project teams, including HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration among all team members.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address client inquiries, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Technical Oversight: Utilize hands-on HVAC experience to provide technical guidance and support to the team. Ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance work complies with industry standards and codes.
Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure that HVAC systems are installed and functioning correctly. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost control and efficiency. Review and approve purchase orders, change orders, and invoices.
