The HVAC Project Manager will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception through completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Duties

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Identify and address potential risks and issues proactively.
Manage and coordinate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Assign tasks and ensure clear communication and collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Provide regular project updates and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Review and manage contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures. Prepare financial reports and ensure projects stay within budget.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC is required.
Experience HVAC construction is highly desired.
Experience with job cost, scheduling, estimating, and field supervision is required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design, installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership abilities. Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
