  • Collaborate closely with the external sales team to develop sales strategies, generate leads, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver price quotations, bids, and proposals in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact through post-sale support and follow-up.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and related products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
