Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and offering expert advice on our mechanical HVAC products and services.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Support: Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability. Provide accurate quotes and process orders efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our HVAC product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and recommend solutions to customers.
Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and customer engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales team, technical support, and warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
