Instructional Designer Specialist (Articulate Storyline)

Responsibilities:

• Instructional Design:
• Design and develop e-learning courses, instructional materials, and training programs using Articulate Storyline.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Develop course outlines, storyboards, and scripts to guide the creation of training content.
• Content Development:
• Create interactive and multimedia-rich e-learning modules that incorporate graphics, audio, video, and animations.
• Ensure that all training materials are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content for training materials.
• E-Learning Development:
• Utilize Articulate Storyline to develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules.
• Integrate quizzes, assessments, and interactive activities to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules to ensure functionality and compatibility across various platforms and devices.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
• Coordinate with team members, SMEs, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
• Evaluation and Improvement:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve training materials based on learner feedback and evaluation results.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Training Support:
• Provide support and guidance to trainers and facilitators on the use of e-learning materials and tools.
• Develop user guides, manuals, and job aids to assist learners in navigating and utilizing e-learning modules.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed to demonstrate the effective use of training materials.
