Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile and web platforms using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure compatibility and consistent performance across different web browsers and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with designers to translate design requirements into functional front-end code and with back-end developers for integration.
• Optimize mobile and web applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing of front-end components, identify and fix bugs.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met by implementing semantic markup and ARIA roles.
• Utilize version control systems like Git and Jira to manage codebase and collaborate effectively.
• Leverage mobile development frameworks to build native or cross-platform mobile applications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with experience in modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks/libraries (e.g., React Native, Flutter) and mobile platform-specific considerations.
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design).
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and strategies to address them.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and progressive enhancement approaches.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing mobile and web front-end development projects is a plus.
