As a Junior Superintendent for construction projects at a federal facility, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and quality standards.     • Safety Oversight: Collaborate with the Safety Manager to enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
    • Schedule Management: Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, track progress, and identify potential delays or issues.
    • Subcontractor Management: Assist in managing subcontractor relationships, including reviewing scopes of work, monitoring performance, and resolving issues as they arise.
    • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, site photos, and as-built drawings.
