Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within large datasets.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Clean, preprocess, and manipulate data for accuracy and consistency.
• Implement and deploy scalable solutions for data processing and model evaluation.
• Interpret model results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on advancements in data science and machine learning.
• Mentor junior team members and guide best practices in data analysis.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sr. or Lead Data Scientist in a commercial environment.
• Experience developing algorithms for classification, predictive analytics, and sentiment analysis.
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques (supervised, semi-supervised & unsupervised).
• Proficiency in Python and its data manipulation libraries.
• Knowledge of NLP algorithms and libraries in Python, R, or Scala.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark and TensorFlow is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
