Responsibilities

Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare and review necessary documentation, such as credit reports, income verification, and collateral information.
Communicate with applicants, loan officers, and underwriters to gather additional information and clarify details.
Ensure all loan files meet regulatory and lending requirements.
Manage loan processing pipeline efficiently to meet deadlines.
Address and resolve issues that may arise during the loan process.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on loan status.
Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate a smooth loan approval process.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to improve loan processing efficiency.
