Machine Learning Engineer

Summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms, optimizing and improving their performance and accuracy.
• Conduct data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure data quality.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance, using appropriate metrics and methods.
• Track the latest machine learning research and trends to propose and implement algorithm solutions.
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with mainstream machine learning/deep learning frameworks; proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience in recommendation system projects and capable of independently completing the entire process from data processing to model deployment.
• Experience in NLP, visual analysis, or graph algorithms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Flink is preferred.
