Hostinger Marketing Analytics team, comprising five professionals, looks forward to doubling the team in expertise while adding predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities shortly. Today we are looking for a Marketing Analytics Team Lead who will play a crucial role in shaping Hostinger's data-driven strategy. You will lead a team of highly skilled data analysts to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, raising the bar for quality and speed of delivery. You must ensure smooth work between the different teams, create your own working methods, and build a team that can add more value to the company from not only basic reporting but predictive and prescriptive analytics as well.

What You Will Do:
Oversee execution and the strategy of marketing analytics function and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that drives tangible business outcomes.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of brilliant and highly motivated analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the marketing department to understand their data analytics needs, requirements, and priorities.
Take ownership and boost the quality of data decision-making in the organization globally.
Refine project needs effectively, prioritize the backlog, build and communicate delivery timelines, and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
Be one step ahead in applying industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics & data science, tracking, and driving innovation within the team.
What We Expect:
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
Experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, and marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in people management, strong leadership and data analytics projects.
Strong business acumen with strategic thinking, proven stakeholder management, innovative mindset, and relentless drive for ambitious goals with high-quality and speedy delivery.
Machine Learning, programming skills (Python, R), digital marketing experience, Big Data (Hadoop, Spark) would be a huge advantage.
