Managing Capabilities:</em></p> <ul> <li>Manage and work with data findings of data specialist</li> <li>Hold data specialists, dev, and support specialists accountable</li> <li>Report to the team lead with questions, observations, and process improvement ideas</li> </ul> <p><em>2. Optimizing skills:</em></p> <ul> <li>Prepare, run and evaluate A/B tests for clients</li> <li>Conceptualize, create, prioritize, and design a hypothesis</li> <li>Prepare templates/ tests for developers for seamless coding schedules</li> </ul> <p><em>3.
