The senior specialist will be responsible for incident management and application support of real-time drilling, wireline, completion, and production data.  This position demands the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers and will challenge your ability to perform in a high paced environment collaborating with different regions. 

As a Remote Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

• Working with regional and global teams to ensure the resilience of service and information security .

• Creating wells in the system, well entitlements, data extraction and data-entry, monitoring of exploration and production wells.  

• Primary contact for application access/authorization.  

• Primary contact for security access control system management, monitoring and maintenance for application.  

• Helping to maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures. Including identifying and communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies in operations, application, and services.  

• Enter data of various types into the web-based system in a timely manner .

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Similar with proven work experience or experience in a field data role

• Have a solid background and knowledge across a broad range of drilling operations, evaluation tools and services.   

• Have basic knowledge of drilling systems data including drill string and BHA configurations, bits, mud motors, casing, fluid checks and summary data   

• Have proven ability to recognize, analyse and solve technical issues, coupled with a process-oriented working style  

• Have ability to enter accurate data and prioritize workload  

• Have ability to identify anomalies and problem data  

• Have good knowledge of incident management systems  

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
