Job Summary:

Are you a seasoned HVACR professional with over 25 years of experience who is now retired but looking to utilize your expertise and make extra income? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work remotely as a Remote HVACR Technician and Trainer. In this role, your extensive knowledge of hot and cold side kitchen equipment, combined with your wealth of experience, will be invaluable in providing remote technical support, mentoring junior technicians, and contributing to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
  • Leverage your decades of experience to provide remote technical support to customers experiencing issues with hot and cold side kitchen equipment.
  • Skillfully guide customers through troubleshooting steps over the phone to identify and resolve problems promptly.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to HVACR systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
2. Training and Mentorship:
