Develop and maintain project plans, monitor performance, and create reporting and dashboards to support operational activities.
Collaborate with the Global Privacy Office to enhance SITAs privacy program and PMO.
Conduct privacy risk assessments for projects, systems, and departments, and manage data incident responses as per recognized standards.
Proactively track PMO project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Support the creation and maintenance of project and privacy KPIs, management reporting, trend analysis, and dashboard development.

8+ years of relevant experience.
Strong background in privacy and understanding of privacy requirements for federal organizations.
Must possess or be clearable for Public Trust.
Prior consulting experience related to privacy procedures.
Certification in one of the following: CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT.
Experience with SSN Reduction Policy and Procedures, Privacy Policies, and Policy on Minimization of Use of PII.

This will me a temporary position that is about 2 months long, with about 100 hours from start date.

You will be responsible for project plans, monitoring performance, reporting and dashboards, which support the execution of program and operational activities.
Work with the Global Privacy Office to develop, maintain and evolve SITAs privacy program and PMO.
Prepare and execute privacy risk assessments of projects, systems, and departments and data incident responses/investigations in accordance with recognized standards
Pro-actively follow-up PMO project and privacy risks, issues and dependencies and escalate to appropriate stakeholders, taking corrective action where needed..
Support the development and maintenance of project / privacy KPIs and management reporting, trend analysis and developing dashboards within project tools where required.
Represent the team in day-to-day activities with our business, legal, and technology business stakeholders.

8+ years of experience in relevant work.
Strong privacy background with strong understanding of privacy requirements for a federal organization.
Need Public Trust or be clearable for one.
Has prior consulting experience for privacy procedures.
Must hold at least one of the following Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Government or US preferred, Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT).
Must have experience with SSN Reduction Policy and Procedures, Privacy Policies, and Policy on Minimization of Use of PII for testing, training, and research.

$50 - $100 an hour
