Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director, this role is responsible for comprehensive project planning, design, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, control, and safety. It provides technical direction and ensures adherence to quality standards. The position involves managing multiple project sites concurrently.

Requirements
Attitude: Excellent attitude towards work and team members, acting as a role model with integrity and honesty.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (e.g., Planning, Landscape Architecture) along with a professional license.
Experience: Five to ten years of technical design experience and a minimum of two years in project management.
Must have a PE
Skills:
Exceptional communication and leadership skills in both written and spoken English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a practical approach.
Ability to work harmoniously with others in the office.
Flexibility to work on a varying schedule to meet project demands.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and walk on uneven terrain outdoors.
Full range of body movements, including handling objects, using computer equipment, bending, reaching, and crouching.
Capability to climb ladders and scaffolding safely.
Command of sight, hearing, and touch. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Physical fitness to carry a 40-pound load for 100 feet.
