Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.
Recruit, assemble, and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
Create project schedules, monitor progress, and implement strategies to keep the project on track.
Establish quality standards and implement quality control measures.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Manage procurement processes, including obtaining bids and negotiating contracts.
Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders to provide updates.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and develop safety plans.
Keep detailed records of project activities and prepare regular progress reports.

Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience.
Water/Wastewater treatment construction experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
LEED certification is a plus.
PE certification is a plus.
